Behold the record breaking brat, brat number 208,753! The World’s Largest Brat Fest managed to set a brand new record on Memorial Day when this brat was deposited onto its bun and escorted by Dane County Sheriffs to a hungry customer - Janice Crandall. Four days of celebration drew to a close yesterday, all in the name of raising money for nearly 100 local charities. The new record now stands at 209,376 brats. Before today I would have thought it impossible, but doesn’t this bratwurst look just a little proud?
